This medium-light roasted anaerobic Brazilian coffee is trendy and adventurous. The beans' fermentation develops unique flavors in any brew method, especially cold brew and iced coffee.
Pumpernickel, Fruit Preserves, Cola
This medium-light roast is warm yet lively, setting the curve on the winter vibe check. Works great any way you brew (including espresso). $24/lb.
Partxcle Coffee Lab is a part-time micro-roastery in the Brookside neighborhood of Kansas City, Missouri. Fresh coffee is the best coffee, so we roast in small batches on-demand for the most intense flavors.
Our green coffee is sourced primarily from Kapeh Utz, an amazing Kansas City-based importer that builds deep, sustainable relationships with producers in Guatemala and Brazil. Some green coffee comes from Anthem Coffee Imports, also in Kansas City.
Roasted coffee is supplied WHOLE BEAN (not ground) unless otherwise requested.
For paper filter coffee and French press, use 60 grams of coffee per liter of water. This is about three tablespoons per 8 oz.
For espresso, adjust your grind size to get a 1:2 ratio in 25-30 seconds.
